— Tamica Duclair, LMSW

“I cannot thank you enough for your teachings, time, and spirit over these last several weeks.  You surpassed my expectations by far!  I am so excited to bring my learning and experiences to my clients and into my practice!!

Thank you again for the teachings, creativity, and inspiration you brought into my life!”

— Karin Gardner, LMSW

“As a Teaching Artist, I’ve worked with Lucy with materials (drawing, painting, collages, clay) group art, movement, singing, poetry, and journaling and more! With Lucy’s encouragement, I have branched out to working with adults in a group residence through poetry combined with many other arts with wonderful creativity flowing. The experience of combining the modalities gives me so many avenues to turn to when experiencing people one on one, or as a group - to reach into my possibilities and pull out something that reaches into people to touch their healing places. I have been so enriched by my learning experiences with Lucy and enriched through her teaching modalities. I have learned so much, - learned to offer, support, recognize where to offer, and how to “see”. You too, will be broadened and have many tools in your toolbox with which to help people of all ages”

— Christina DiMarco, Teaching Artist

“I am currently enrolled in the Trauma-Informed Creative Arts Therapy Certificate Training Program and this course is teaching me many useful skills such as new counseling techniques and ways to introduce art into groups. I hope to integrate these skills into my job. I would recommend this course to anyone in a counseling occupation.”

—   H.N.,LMSW
